Transgender resource, support, and advocacy. / Recursos, apoyo y defensa de los personas transgénero. We offer three grant funds, five gender-affirming garments resource programs coordinated by a trans person, gender-affirming service giveaways, free WPATH letters of support for medical transition, annual celebration and advocacy events (Trans Day of Visibility and Trans Day of Remembrance), a trans-friendly healthcare directory, and Networks of Care (trans healthcare capacity building workshops). Our Navigating Gender Together program coordinates informational peer-support workshops led by trans people.
